You can report issues three ways: (1) Use the "Report Issue" button on any project page, (2) Send a message via WhatsApp to our bot, or (3) Submit a community report form. You can include photos, location, and descriptions. Reports are forwarded to relevant authorities.
5. Can I access ISETI on WhatsApp without internet?
Yes! Our WhatsApp bot works on basic phones using SMS/USSD. You can check FAAC allocations, ask about budgets, report issues, and track projects without needing a smartphone or internet connection. Just send "Hi" to +234-XXX-XXX-XXXX to get started.
6. Who built ISETI and who funds it?
ISETI is developed by a coalition of Nigerian civil society organizations, technologists, and transparency advocates. It's funded by grants from international development organizations and operates as a non-profit. We're committed to independence and will never accept government funding that compromises our mission.
