Empowering Citizens with
Data-Driven Transparency
KedereAI is Nigeria's first integrated platform tracking Federal Government allocations (FAAC), LGA budgets, open contracting, and project delivery — powered by AI and accessible via WhatsApp.
Our Mission & Vision
We're building a Nigeria where every citizen can track how public funds flow from Abuja to their community.
Our Mission
To make government financial data accessible, understandable, and actionable for every Nigerian citizen — from urban centers to rural communities.
Our Vision
A Nigeria where transparency is the norm, where citizens are empowered watchdogs, and where accountability drives better service delivery at every level of government.
Our Values
Transparency, accuracy, inclusivity, and citizen empowerment guide everything we build. We're committed to independence, open data, and serving the public interest.
The Challenge
Despite billions of naira flowing from Abuja to Local Government Areas every month through FAAC, citizens lack clear visibility into:
- How much their LGA receives from federal allocations each month
- How funds are budgeted across education, health, infrastructure, and other sectors
- Which contracts are awarded to which contractors and for what amounts
- Whether projects are delivered as promised or abandoned halfway
Our Solution
KedereAI integrates four critical transparency systems into one accessible platform:
- FAAC Dashboard: Track monthly federal allocations to all 774 LGAs
- Budget Explorer: Understand how funds are allocated by sector and project
- Open Contracting Database: Monitor procurement from tender to completion
- Project Mapping & Monitoring: Track delivery and report issues in real-time
Our Journey
From idea to impact — how ISETI is transforming transparency in Nigeria.
The Beginning
A coalition of Nigerian civil society organizations, journalists, and technologists identified the need for an integrated transparency platform. The ISETI concept was born.
Platform Development
Development began on the FAAC tracker, budget explorer, and open contracting database. Partnership agreements secured with transparency advocates across Nigeria.
Pilot Launch
ISETI launched pilot programs in 5 states covering 50 LGAs. Initial data ingestion covered FAAC records, budgets, and 5,000+ contracts. WhatsApp bot prototype tested with communities.
National Expansion
Platform expanded to cover all 774 LGAs across Nigeria's 36 states. AI assistant launched with natural language query capabilities. Over 18,000 projects mapped.
Impact & Scale
Tracking ₦2.8 trillion in FAAC allocations annually. 35,000+ contracts monitored. Thousands of citizens using the platform daily. Multiple cases of citizen-led accountability documented.
What We Stand For
Our core values guide every decision we make and every feature we build.
Independence
We operate free from government control or influence. Our funding comes from grants and philanthropic organizations committed to transparency and accountability.
Accuracy
Every data point is sourced from official records, cross-referenced, and cited. We never publish information we cannot verify and attribute to authoritative sources.
Inclusivity
From WhatsApp bots for low-tech users to advanced APIs for developers — we ensure every Nigerian can access transparency data regardless of technical expertise.
Timeliness
We publish FAAC data, budget updates, and contract awards as soon as official records are available. Real-time transparency drives real-time accountability.
Open Source
Our platform's core technology is open source. We believe in collaborative innovation and invite developers worldwide to contribute to civic transparency tools.
Community-First
Every feature is designed based on feedback from Nigerian citizens, journalists, and civil society. We build what communities need, not what we think they should have.
